Last night at around eleven thirty a women was found dangling by her leg from a wire attached to the Downtown connector bridge it was called in by some kids who were fooling around when they all of a sudden started to feel something dripping onto there heads when one looked up he saw a bloody body that had been cut open from chest to pelvis.
